Today as we celebrate GivingTuesday, we encourage you to donate to Ballin’ 4 Peace to help us spread peace through sports through our year-round community programs, services, and sports events for inner city youth.

Created in 2008 as a way to raise awareness about gun violence prevention and spread peace through sports, Ballin’ 4 Peace has provided community outreach, annual sports events, and youth programs from New York, to California, Texas, and Florida as a 501(c)3 organization. Within that time, Ballin 4 Peace has grown from serving 100 students and youth members annually to reaching and impacting over 1,500 kids annually thanks to the organization hosting a number of events throughout the year including celebrity charity basketball, softball, bowling, and flag football games, back-to-school supplies drives, holiday toy drives, and after school programs.
Ballin 4 Peace has also partnered with the NYPD, NYC Parks, the Junior Knicks, Garden of Dreams Foundation, Children’s Aid Society, Elmcor Community Center, Student Sponsor Partners, Housing Works Youth & Prevention Services, Mosholu Montefiore Community Center, Pearl Baseball and Softball Foundation, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards and New York Senator Leroy Comrie, among others.
This December, we are also happy to once again host the High School Holiday Basketball Classic at Springfield Gardens in Queens. It's yet another chance for you to get involved in our community outreach efforts, on and off of the court.
